This website, safetyjiujitsu.com, is operated by Edge Safety Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”) on behalf of Kenn Edgecombe and the Safety Jiu-Jitsu program. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into one of our four forms:

• Book Launch List: first name and email address.
• Field Guide and Toolbox Talks signup: first and last name, email address, and optionally company, role, and industry.
• Speaking Inquiry: name, organization, email, and optionally phone, event type, date, location, audience size, format, topic, and your message.
• General Contact: name, email, optionally organization and reason for inquiry, and your message.

Our host, Netlify, also records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and site performance. We do not use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

• To send the resources or updates you asked for, such as the Field Guide, toolbox talks, and news about the Safety Jiu-Jitsu book.
• To answer your speaking, media, or general inquiry.
• To understand, in aggregate, which industries and roles use the material, so we can improve it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Who processes it

Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, Inc. (Netlify Forms), which hosts this site. If we use an email service to send newsletters, your name and email will be stored with that provider only for that purpose. Data may be processed in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep mailing list details until you unsubscribe. We keep inquiry details as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records.

Unsubscribing and your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at any time to unsubscribe, or to ask us to show, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.

Children

This site is intended for working professionals and is not directed to children under 16.
